2006 Boldt mixer, type BFMA 2000 This Boldt mixer, model BFMA 2000, is manufactured and suitable for mixing meat, vegetables and sauces. The mixer is equipped with two mixing tracks that rotate in opposite directions during mixing. The machine has two unload valves that are opened and closed pneumatically. Emptying can be done via one or both valves. In the latter case the rotation direction of one mixing shaft is automatically reversed.
