Main features:

The machine is specifically designed for the industrial processing of fruit and has the following functions:

Cutting: The machine cuts both peeled and unpeeled fruit (such as pineapple, melon or mango) into slices, fingers (rectangles) or cubes.

Quality preservation: By using rotating blades, minimal pressure is exerted on the fruit. This keeps the structure intact, reduces juice loss, and extends the shelf life of the cut product.

Flexibility: The machine can be configured for different cutting shapes by omitting certain cutting motions or by having the tray (on which the fruit rests) rotate.
