The IMA Ilapak VEGATRONIC 2000 is a high-quality, intermittent vertical form-fill-seal machine (VFFS), designed for maximum versatility, hygiene and efficiency. Thanks to its fully open-frame design, the machine is easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance; this makes it ideally suited for sectors where hygiene and flexibility are crucial, such as processing fresh vegetables and fruits, IQF products, dairy, cheese, bakery products and confectionery.

The VEGATRONIC 2000 can produce a wide range of bag shapes – including pillow bags, block bottom bags, quad-seal bags, Easypack, Flexcan, Shark and Doy-Shark (with resealable closure) – and offers excellent packaging presentation and low total cost of ownership. The machine is suitable for both heat and ultrasonic sealing technologies and guarantees superior seal integrity, even for MAP applications.
