HELICAL wash system

The KRONEN HELICAL washing system ensures that the leaf crop moves forward in circles. This makes it washed many times more thoroughly and more distance is covered. Hence, there is no long washing section necessary.

Compact and modular construction

The GEWA washing machines assembly is modular. This allows our machines to be adapted to the different production requirements and conditions, for example changing the evacuation/tripping system of vibrations transport belt, or installing a new air bubble system on an existing machine.

Heavy debris (such as small stones) and sand are removed from the product stream and sink through the mesh to the bottom. The contamination then does not return to the product stream.
