2020 FAM Dorphy The Dorphy is a low-capacity dicer designed to evenly dice, slice, and dice a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, potatoes, and bakery products. It offers food processors precision cutting and significant savings on production time and product waste. The clean cut quality leads to a longer shelf life of the final product. The Dorphy can be supplied with a complete dicing set, from the highest precision 3 mm to the largest 20 mm dices. Three different models are available: for manual, conveyor, and batch feeding.
